We’re Actors Ensemble of Berkeley, the oldest
stage company in Berkeley. And you can star for us in any way you
want. We’re a non-professional group of volunteers: people who want
to act, direct, design (sets, lights, costumes), be techies and crew
people, work in the front of the house, volunteer other skills, and/or
serve on the Board of Directors.
We manage and maintain Live Oak
Theatre for the City of Berkeley and stage 4 plays a year there
(1301 Shattuck, at Berry-man). We need women and men of all ages and
experience to run this company and keep it going BIG, once our
retrofitting is finished and we reopen. Let us hear from you soon.
