Actors Ensemble presents a staged reading of "Fox Among the Hens", by Bay Area playwright James Keller, directed by Martha Luehrmann. A farmyard is ruled by an arrogant rooster named Trumpet, bearing a striking resemblance to the current occupant of the White House.
A fox arrives and quietly works at reducing the hen population. A girl learns to say goodbye. A fable for our times. Fun costumes and a little bit of music to enlighten the evening as a bonus!
