Ever wanted to see what goes on behind the scenes? And be a part of it?

Light Technicians have one of the most important jobs in theatre: making sure everyone can see. They also are responsible for setting the mood--by dimming the lights, turning on (and moving) the spotlight, making the audience sit in the dark (!) and more.

(It's also a great way to meet people in theatre!)

AE is the heart of Berkeley theatre! As Berkeley's longest running theatre group, we're dedicated to providing area residents with opportunities to attend, participate in and be helped through theatre. And we're ALL volunteer-based, so we need YOU to keep us going! Please see www.aeofberkeley.org for more about us. Please wear clothes you can get dirty and closed-toed shoes. You'll need transportation to/from Live Oak Theatre; 1301 Shattuck Ave (at Berryman) in Berkeley.
